Joe Biden Admits He'll Try to Reform the Supreme Court (REPORT)

(AmericanProsperity.com) – Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett is likely to be confirmed in the coming weeks. However, her addition to the nation’s high court would give Conservatives a 6-3 majority and has made Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden admit he’ll reform the court if elected.

A “60 Minutes” interview with Norah O’Donnell is airing Sunday, October 25. In a pre-release clip, Joe Biden said he would form a “bipartisan commission of scholars” to recommend changes to “the court system because it’s getting out of whack.” The segment does not go into detail about what Biden believes is not working in our court system.

The full clip can be viewed here:

While Biden said this wasn’t about court-packing, he’s failed to answer any questions about the subject and whether he would expand the number of justices on the Supreme Court.

Currently, the SCOTUS and federal courts are running smoothly and according to how Congress and the Constitution set them up. What’s so wrong with that?
