(AmericanProsperity.com) – On Monday, a federal court expressed deep skepticism about former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s answers to previous investigations regarding her use of unsecured email for government business. As a result, Clinton must submit a deposition to the court.
The ruling was in response to a lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch, a conservative watchdog group. Judge Royce Lamberth ruled Judicial Watch can question Clinton about what she did and didn’t know about her use of unauthorized, unsecured email as secretary of state.

Lamberth said many questions have gone unanswered and the Court was not confident the FBI recovered all of Clinton’s emails. He also questioned how Clinton could believe the State Department would be able to preserve emails on a private server.
The question at hand is: did Clinton use a private server to evade the Freedom of Information act and did she understand her obligations to safeguard her communications?
