(AmericanProsperity.com) – The Democratic presidential candidates have turned to New Hampshire and, with the stakes growing higher every week, they’ve declared war on one another.
The infighting is partially the result of the failed caucus in Iowa, which has opened up old wounds and questions about who is to blame. Both Sen. Bernie Sanders (D-VT) and former South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg have claimed victory in Iowa and are now squabbling about campaign contributions and how to pay for healthcare.
Bernie Sanders has returned to his roots of bashing the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and resentment is growing among his supporters with open calls for DNC chairman Tom Perez to resign.
After Friday night’s Democratic debate, Sanders said, “The DNC rigged it in 2016 and it’s doing it again.”
In a show of renewed strength, Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) raised over $3 million the day after the debate and Emerson College and Suffolk University polls show her surging into third place just 24 hours before polls open in New Hampshire.
